Welcome to PromptSafe. These Terms of Service govern your use of the PromptSafe platform, API, and marketplace. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or executing a prompt on the PromptSafe platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with PromptSafe Inc.
User Conduct constraints
PromptGuard Enforcement
PromptSafe acts primarily as a security and execution layer. All prompts and user inputs are aggressively scanned by our proprietary Guard service.
Block Policy: If an input is flagged as a prompt injection or jailbreak attempt, the execution will be immediately halted. Repeated malicious attempts may result in permanent account suspension.
